Unless otherwise indicated, I was the primary VFX supervisor on the listed productions. I've also indicated where I was a facility supervisor, and jobs that were consulting assignments. The consulting work encompasses all manner of disciplines- feel free to ask me for details. Between supervising jobs I keep my chops up by working as a compositor, camera operator, still photographer, and occasionally, bmw repair-person.

Free Willy 4 almost took me to South Africa, but didn't. Bummer! I was consulting on this project. The visual effects supervisor is Hilton Treves, from blackginger vfx in Cape Town, SA.

On Tales of the Black Freighter, I'm credited as Production Designer, and if you apply the concept of a live action production designer over to an animated film, this is pretty accurate description of what I did. Black Freighter was an interesting project, because Zack & Debbie gave me a lot of creative latitude. I sometimes felt like I went a bit "Heart of Darkness"- some of the stuff we did borders on madness, but the result is nice to look at!
